I want to take a moment to share my perspective on MST Solutions joining the Mastek family and now integrating under one name. I think that open and continual communication is the key to truly becoming a unified force for growth on multiple levels.

I want to take a moment to share my perspective on MST Solutions joining the Mastek family and now integrating under one name. I think that open and continual communication is the key to truly becoming a unified force for growth on multiple levels. So I would just like to share a few thoughts on why we’re going through this process and what it means for us as one family.

The first thing that I want to say is how happy I am that we’re all working together under the Mastek umbrella. MST Solutions brings a rock-solid culture, expert Salesforce knowledge, and a great team all in one go. Together, we’re a more relevant organization than either of us could be alone, because we’re now able to bring MST’s Salesforce and integration expertise into the Mastek brand where Mastek’s scale and visibility can catapult MST into a global footprint for the first time.  

I firmly believe that a timely integration process is the best way to amplify what we do and achieve that scale and visibility. One family. One name. As part of our integration process, we’ve assembled several task forces charged with overseeing the best practices review and change management process. Those teams contain colleagues from MST and Mastek to ensure that we’re identifying and acting on best practices, no matter which organization that practice originated from.  

Merging brands is necessary, but it does take time to get on the same page and move forward. Our objective has always been the same: joint success.

I want to reiterate something that I’ve said many times to our colleagues:  

A rising tide raises all boats. 

What do I mean by that? It’s actually very simple. As we scale as an organization, as we take on projects across several geographic regions, there will be opportunities to grow vertically and horizontally, which benefits our clients. Every colleague who’s a part of that growth will also have expanded opportunities – opportunities to up-skill, and learn different technologies, opportunities to advance professionally, and opportunities to elevate their personal growth. Success breeds success. As the tide rises for Mastek as an organization, it rises for our customers, and for our employees.

In order to create that growth – create that rising tide – it’s important for us as an organization to get aligned. And while that does mean sunsetting some processes and systems to embrace the better option, our process is a carefully planned, bi-directional strategy. It’s about figuring out the best path forward TOGETHER that will set us and our customers up for the best chance of success.

From a customer perspective, there’s nothing but benefits coming. Not only will clients continue to work with the same teams whose expertise they’ve come to trust, but they’ll also reap the benefits of expanded expertise, expanded resources and expanded service offerings – across a global footprint of geographies.  

The best practices, we keep. Where we’re called to change, we’re ready to embrace the change, while holding tight to the core values that define us. And then together, we ride the tide.
