Then, over time, you can roll out additional enhancements instead of implementing a massive, overwhelming technological overhaul all at once. At the same time, this helps your team better identify what they need next as they use and adapt to the new systems put in place. Often if you’ve proven out the concept with your digital efforts on a smaller scale, then you can get more money after demonstrating success.
